Gambro Health Care Dialysis Clinics:

• K Street, NW Washington DC: Full floor tenant in downtown office building, 26 stations, 9300SF Dialysis clinic
  
• Ahoskie, NC: Renovation of existing free standing warehouse building into a 26 station, 10,000SF dialysis clinic
